I bring a gentle, grounded presence and the ability to read a group and adapt in real time. My sessions are designed to complement and deepen whatever your retreat is already creating.
I grew up surrounded by people carrying heavy, invisible weight. Depression lived close to me for a long time. And rather than being pulled under by it, I found myself asking: why do some people stay trapped in these states, and how does someone find their way out?
That question followed me for years. I moved through jobs searching for something I couldn't quite name, leaving each one more drained than before. Until burnout finally stopped me completely and asked me to listen to my own body for once.
What brought me back was simple and ancient: movement, breath, and art. A steady yoga practice. Breathwork that taught me how to slow down. And painting, which has been with me my entire life. When I paint, time disappears. That kind of presence, I came to understand, is the nervous system at rest.
Human State is where that personal journey meets the work. A space built on the belief that understanding your own states is the beginning of changing them.
A space where you feel truly seen and understood not managed, not fixed. Just met, exactly where you are.
